Does Cool Stuff & Gadgets offer a guarantee to their customers?

Of course! If you are not happy with your item, we'll take it back if you contact us within 15 days of delivery. If you want to return custom printed items like a t-shirt, hand bag, shoes and other apparel that are manufactured after your order, we might charge a restocking fee. If you want to send it back Please see our Return Policy for complete terms. 

How much is shipping?

Answer: This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. You total shipping cost and shipping options will be listed on the checkout page before payment processing.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. However, customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country. Every customer is solely responsible for paying any customs charges applied.

 

Duties and Fees
Depending on where you live, your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, due to the complexity of international laws we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order.

If an order delivered to you is refused, then you are responsible for the return shipping expenses, as well as any additional fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for refused and returned packages. 


I messed up my shipping address or product size when I placed my order. What should I do? 

If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't make any promises. Within 24 hours of when you placed your order, it is normally possible to make changes. Packing your items usually start quickly after you order, and if you are ordering a custom made item (t--shirt, shoes etc), it might not be possible to stop the process. Please send us an email to support@coolstuffgadgets.com right away and we will do whatever we can to help you out. 

How long does delivery take?

We know the feeling of waiting for an awesome product to arrive, so we get them to you as fast as we possibly can! Since we have warehouses in various countries, our products ship internationally so please allow some extra time for delivery.

Products & Accessories: 

Due to the high demand of some of our free & promotional products, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of most of our products.

If your order hasn’t arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@coolstuffgadgets.com or through the contact form on the site.

Some of our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse direct to you. In the rare event that there is a customs charge, this will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Limit

There is a total maximum limit of 6 Free ($0.00) products per order. Limit applies even if the shopping cart allows you to check out with more items. Orders above this limit may be canceled and the money refunded and you may be asked to place your order again, within the limit.

I ordered more than 1 item, why did I receive 1?

When you order multiple items at a time some are shipped separately. This is due to logistics and the are stored at different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

What is your return policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, etc.), please contact us by sending an email to support@coolstuffgadgets.com within 15 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help you out.

I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. What is going on?

Kindly check your spam folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there! If you can't find it, you can contact our support team at support@coolstuffgadgets.com or through the contact form on the site. 

How secure is my personal information?

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. 

We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.
